Clients who are not fully satisfied with our services should contact our Customer Relations/Complaints Officer.

If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 20 business days, you have the right to refer to the IBD on 1800 064 169 or visit their website for a Complaint Form www.ibdltd.com.au
